Employers today are very eager to see a lot of information on the screen, but not just any information can suffice. A resume with a detailed and structured format will be noticed by the employer right away.First and foremost, you need to select a format that will best suit your one. If you want to get more benefits out of a structured format, then you can follow the same format. In two columns resume format, employers are looking for some important information that is presented in a structured manner. This way, you can quickly state all the necessary information about your work experience, training and qualifications, educational background, skills, awards and other skills that you might have acquired in the past.A formatted resume is organized in the following way: Career objective, Training / experien ce, education / training, skills / training, awards / recognition, Personal / family background and financial conditions. However, if you prefer a more personal approach, you can put a more personal touch to your resume.In addition to your employment experience, education / training, and education / training in the same field, you can include other relevant information that can help the employer understand what position you have and the importance of your experience. For example, in the education / training section, you can talk about your experiences in school or college, internship, masters' program or doctorate degree. In addition to that, you can mention your working experience in the same field, and all the related skills that you may have acquired while working there.
